King Tide Challenge is Tomorrow 1/3

The King Tide Challenge is an annual 11-mile beach walk that is hosted by the King Tide Challenge Foundation, a nonprofit corporation with a singular mission to raise money for skin cancer research at Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health.

After years of affordability challenges, the housing market is entering a new phase of improved affordability, not through a dramatic price correction, but through an extended period of flat home prices, rising incomes, and gradually falling mortgage rates.
