Rejected: The Local Proposed Tax on 2nd & Vacant Homes + Six Standout Coastal Listings

Ryan had an amazing time last weekend backpacking, camping, and climbing Half Dome with great friends in Yosemite National Park. Yosemite is such a special place, with endless areas to explore, and this trip has officially become an annual tradition.
On the local front, Measure A appears to have been rejected. This was the proposed tax on second homes and vacant homes, and voters seem to be saying no. In our opinion, this was a poor attempt at adding yet another tax to real estate, which is already at all-time highs. I will spare you the full rant, but even if this had passed, it would not have made a meaningful dent in the city’s financial problems.
As for the market, we saw a lot of homes go into escrow this week, along with a handful of good new listings after the previous slow week. Below, we are featuring six new listings that each represent unique opportunities.
